Please allow approximately 14 days for delivery for all items in stock.
Clothes can be delivered directly to your home, aged care facility or any other address. Please specify at time of order.

Return Policy

We do our best to meet our customers' expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price (not including the postage charges) provided the clothing has not been worn or laundered and returned within 14 days. Postage incurred in returning goods is at the expense of the purchaser (or their representative).

Clearance Sales

Occasionally, some items are removed from our inventory and replaced by new stock. These items are usually reduced for quick sale. Please note these items are not returnable.
Register and be advised whenever these sales occur !!!!!!!

Itemised And Specific Billing

We accept orders placed by an agreed and authorised representative of any aged care facility. We can invoice the resident's account, the guardian, the next of kin or the Office of the Protective Commissioner directly. The order has to be authorised by the facility and signed by appropriate personnel.Terms for payment are strictly net 14 days.

Any facility ordering merchandise and requesting third party billing will assist in the settlement of the account and will provide the name and contact details of the person responsible for the payment of the account.
